Challenge:
A chiller for a 1000m2 fish cold storage facility
As a HVAC technician, I was looking for a complete chiller installation for a large cold storage facility. My client Fish Europe needed this on short notice because their current chiller was actually no longer functioning properly and needed to be replaced quickly.
Sollution:
I quickly found a 2nd hand complete Chiller installation of the Grasso brand via the Internet at HOS BV, which was also direct available.
I visited HOS BV to take a look at the Grasso chiller installation and then made a proposal for my customer, the Urker fishing company Fish Europe.
HOS BV immediately checked the Grasso chiller and refurbished it where necessary. They shared the results of the test with us in a nice report. I was able to share this report with my client directly, that was a great extra service to help my client to make the decision to buy a used chiller instead of an expensive new one with a very unclear date of delivery.
HOS BV was also able help me with the logistics and the delivery of the Chiller to my clients factory within the agreed deadline.
Result
As a HVAC technicion I installed the chiller.
The client was very satisfied with my fast solution, I was able to offer a very cost-efficient solution thanks to HOS BV. The communication with HOS BV was smooth and open! A professional company I would like to work with again in the future.
