Hillegom 20.000 m2
Originally built as a cold storage warehouse for the flower bulb industry as Hillegom is in the heart of the famous Dutch flower- and flower bulb industry.
The location was purchased in 2012 for expansion purposes and to become our main office location.

The Hillegom location has undergone multiple renovations and is still a work in progress. 4 halls were completely renovated in 2015/2016 and solar panels were installed on them for energy self-sufficiency purposes.
A new roof was put on the main hall in the back of the grounds and we are currently preparing to put movable racking there for approximately 3.000 pallets.
In the last few months a brand new spray-paint booth was built and a room for prepping machines for spray-painting. In the process, we have also switched to water-based paint instead of oil-based to further reduce our environmental impact.
Swifterbant 45.000 m2
Originally built as a cold storage warehouse for potatoes, carrots and onions. Purchased in 2019, again for expansion purposes with a continuously growing inventory of machines. It is located centrally in The Netherlands and easy to get to from for example Schiphol International Airport when customers come to see the offered machines.
We mainly store the larger machines here, like Spiral Freezers that we re-construct after having de-installed them from their original location. But also large water chillers, compressor sets, air-cooled condensers and evaporating condensers can be found in our location in Swifterbant.
Immediately after the location was purchased a large-scale renovation project was started on the exterior as well as the interior. To name a few of the renovation efforts, all roofs were replaced and a new electrical installation was put in place.
Other Locations
In addition to our main locations, we have two additional locations with a combined area of 15.000 m². These locations are mainly used for storage and contribute to our total storage capacity, allowing us to be flexible to our customers' needs and accommodate our growing range of machines.
